      Day 1, Fly (25 mins) Kathmandu to Pokhara (825m) and trek (2 hrs) to Ghandruk (2012m)

       

      We fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara in the morning and transfer by road (2 hrs) with guides and porters to our trek starting point Kimche. Our walk follows through small scattered farms following the Modi River with constant view of Mt. Machhapuchhre ahead, climbing the valley towards the mountains. Passing through the rice fields and forest, you will arrive at the Himalaya Lodge in Ghandruk late afternoon. A hot lunch is served on the way as you enjoy the spectacular views of Annapurna Massif.

      Day 2,Trek (3-4hrs) to Landruk (1565m)

       

      Leaving the Ghandruk village, the trek descends steeply to the banks of Modi River. Crossing the suspension bridge, we trek up into the Landruk village enjoying the views of Annapurna range passing through the cliffs that where honey hunters climb up on the ropes to hunt the wild bee honey. Lunch will be ready as we arrive at our lodge. After the lunch, you are either rest in your room to rest enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains or go on a sightseeing tour in the village with your guide.

      Day 3,Trek (5hrs) to Dhampus (1525m)

       

      Starting your trek today, you continue trekking towards Pothana where you stop. Pothana is another small village along the trek which is used by Tibetan traders to sell their souvenirs and gifts to the tourist trekking up and down the Annapurna Base Camp. As you reach your lodge in Dhampus, you get the spectacular views of the entire Annapurna range. Once at the lodge you will be served hot lunch after which you can take a short walk into Dhampus village.

      Day 4,Trek (2hrs) to Phedi, drive (40 mins) to Pokhara and sightseeing

       

      After breakfast, we depart along the ridge & descend through the wooded hillside and terraced farmland to the valley floor. Trek time is 2 hrs maximum. We then transfer by vehicle to our hotel in Pokhara (40 minutes). Check-in at hotel and relax. After lunch, sightseeing program starts with visit to David's Fall and and Gupteshwor Cave.

       

      David's Fall is a charming little waterfall located very close to the Gupteswar Gupha, a mysteriously sacred cave that holds special value for Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is perfectly preserved here in the condition it was discovered in

       

      Afternoon boating in Phewa Lake. After boating, you can enjoy some free time on your own to get a massage, buy souvenirs and shop in the buzzing tourist market. You can also explore the famous nightlife of Pokhara in many of the Lakeside restaurants and pubs. Overnight in Pokhara.

       

      Phewa Lakeis the second largest lake in Pokhara, bordering a forested hill. The view of Fishtail and other mountains reflected in the lake, the Tal Barahi temple in the island in the middle, the white stupa on the top of the hill, the paragliders jumping from Sarangkot, the Ultra-light aircraft soaring up high..all at once can be seized in the mild breeze over the lake while boating.

      Day 5,Fly to Kathmandu (30 mins)

       

      After breakfast, we transfer to the airport and fly back to Kathmandu.
